A rare single barrel release of old and well matured Bourbon from the man who helped kick of this trend with the re-creation of the Kentucky Owl brand. To make it even more special, these older high rye barrels were sourced in collaboration with Master Distiller icon Jim Rutledge, formerly of Four Roses. Before bottling the whiskey is rebarreled in new oak of varying chars to build layers and layers of additional flavors. Bottled at 54% abv. Extremely limited availability.
