Made from a wild ferment in their custom made, yet old school open top cypress wood fermenters from a medium rye sweet mash and then double pot distilled, there is am almost unreal amount of flavor in this extremely small batch blended from only 11 choice barrels.
True to its name as well, you will find gorgeous notes of cherry pie, creme brulee, lemon streaked white pepper, spearmint and spicy cinnamon. An overwhelming success.
