Inspired by Sardinia, but firmly rooted in Oregon's Applegate Valley, Vermentino grows perfectly in this climate. Staff Pick Notes

After having visited this vineyard, I'm pretty sure my life has changed! On these grounds is where the staff truly listen to Mother Nature and respond with love. It absolutely shows in this bottle. A radiant expression of Southern Oregon's Applegate Valley, Troon's Vermentino is a wine that dances between sunlit vibrancy and earthy sophistication. This organically and biodynamically farmed white bursts from the glass with aromas of citrus blossom, Meyer lemon, and a hint of sea breeze. On the palate, it’s crisp and zesty, yet layered—green apple, white peach, and a subtle minerality unfold in waves, evoking coastal Mediterranean charm with a distinctly Pacific Northwest soul. Dry and refreshing, this Vermentino is both a perfect aperitif and a versatile companion to seafood, fresh vegetables, or a breezy afternoon.
