Umenoyado has been producing premium sakes and liqueurs in the heart of Japan's most renowned region for both since 1893. This classic umeshu liqueur is made only from locally picked seasonal plums with a base of the brewery's own premium rice wine. The pulp of the fruit and natural essential oils are all kept in for a depth of flavor that can only be described as kaleidoscopic. The lower abv allows this to shine in minimalist drinks, and all manner of aperitifs and spritzes. Refrigerate after opening.
