A blend of 5 distinct Canadian whiskies ranging from 8-21 years of age with an overall grain ratio of 71% corn and 29% wheat and a high percentage of stocks over 20yrs old. Perhaps even more impressively a novel wood technique was used at the highly respected Kelvin Cooperage where the barrel used for aging was toasted by burning chunks of premium French Oak, indirectly infusing the cask with additional dimensions of complexity. Bottled at cask strength, this release is exclusively for New York. Very limited.
