We are one step closer to an all Luxardo Last Word, we just need them to release their own lime juice and it will be a reality! All joke aside though this is a wonderful herbal liquor to fill in for Chartreuse where needed. Pouring at 40% ABV and showing a lighter profile of fennel and anise it works to soften up to expression that the boisterous green giant is known for. I love it as an added touch to a Daiquiri to add a touch of fun on the finish. -1.5 oz Rum of choice (I prefer Jamaican) -0.5 oz Del Santo -1 oz Fresh Lime Juice -0.75 oz Simple Syrup Shake and serve in a coupe glass
