Truly superlative micro-batches of only 1-3 select barrels at a time. For this batch it is composed of 100 pot distilled wheated bourbon - already a rarity - aged for 6 & 7 years respectively. The local artisan sourced grains add extra depth particularly the use of dark tost malted barley. Marked by complex oak, brown butter, toffee, ginger cake, raspberry tart, tobacco and black truffle. Limited release.
