Distilleria dell'Alpe Rosen Bitter Alpine Liqueur is a traditional Italian bitter liqueur first produced in 1951 by Ferrucio de Barnard, founder of Distilleria dell'Alpe in Bastia d'Alpago, Veneto. The liqueur is rooted in the Venetian tradition and is crafted by infusing a variety of mountain herbs and berries sourced from the Cansiglio forest in the Italian Alps Mountain berries, herbs, rose, and wild bay were all traditional components of the recipe and make for a completely singular style of bitter.
