A jewel of a whiskey, circa 2006 made for the Japanese market, this represents a historic juncture in the brand's history including the tail end of the runs that featured the old, prized lower barrel entry proof as well as the tail end of the Austin Nichols era and maybe even more importantly in some respects the 'Beyond Duplication,' run of batches, embossed in the glass on this bottle, that remain arguably some of the best whiskey WT has ever made and bottled.
