Made on the Danish Island of Møn, it is no surprise this that from the place that spawned some of the greatest movements in the culinary arts in the past quarter century comes this intensely locavore gin.
Made by husband and wife Sara & Uffe Skaaning Lind who converted an old barn on the island into a micro-distillery and challenged themselves to make gin with not only 100% Danish botanicals, but ones exclusively limited to the island. What you have as a result is one of the most incredible gins both in concept and flavor we've ever had.
All ingredients are wild foraged seasonally and typically include - juniper, angelica root, elderflower, rose hip, lemon balm, mugwort, sweet cicely, tansy, seaside arrowgrass, white clover honey & chalk from Møn's white cliffs.
