Bozal Cenizo Mezcal

Mezcal lovers and newbies have found a new favorite alike. I find myself normally reaching towards mezcals with more minerality and delicate smoke, which the Cenzino absolutely nails. However, it doesn't compromise on any depth of flavor. Utilizing one species of agave fighting for its stability in a super arid climate, the agave must "thrive to survive", ultimately resulting in a deliciously aromatic profile of ripe melon, orange peel, toasted macadamia nuts, and a slight vegetal funk. The Cenzino coats the mouth in a slightly creamy or oily manner, making this a wonderful choice on its own. I highly encourage exploring the Bozal line this Spring and Summer, as it has delicious (and sustainable) choices for every palate!
