Old Hoffman Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

A true revival and perhaps the cultiest label in a portfolio stacked with them - Old Hoffman has been brought back to life effecitively intact from its 1890 origins. After production stopped on it in 1979 its finally back on the shlef after nearly half a century. Each batch features bourbons with a unique low rye/high barley mash a la Willett and Heaven Hill - with whiskies aged a minimum of 6yrs and crucially a double maturation that happens in top shelf char 1 Kelvin Cooperage casks. The limited nature aside - this should be a staple of everyone's bar.
