A full-bodied Chardonnay made from estate fruit from the Rincon, Rosemary and Olvier's Vineyards. The soils are a mix of chalky clay and sandy loam soils. After fermentation, the wine aged for 11 months in French oak (25% new). Pair with fish burgers.
