Peter Sissek's Flor de Pingus is produced in extremely small quantities from ancient Tempranillo vines. From grapes meticulously cared for, fermented under temperature controlled condiditions to retain a fruity dark cherry profile; the resulting wines are matured 14 months in barrique.
