Tasting Notes

Wines from the Entre-Deux-Mers appellation have rarely been to the likes of this one from Ch. Sainte Marie, and clearly it's due to their drive to improve the image of the region. They work their soils, manually harvest, have reduced yields and are organically certified. The proof is in the bottle, you'll find incredible yellow fruits, vibrant acidity and minerals. Hats off to this estate.
