In 2005 Federica and Cesare, originally from Catania, decided to leave city life and move to the slopes of the Etna volcano. They remodeled the old stone winery that belonged to the family. Using a revived, 1 ha plot of Albarello vines, they made this joyous Etna wine full of lively fruits and minerals.
