Renardat-Fâche has reframed their winemaking program and diversified their lineup. This méthode-ancestrale is entirely made from Chardonnay that is hand-harvested and fermented with natural yeast. It is aged in tank before being bottled and aged on the lees for one year. The result is a dry, bright, and extremely friendly sparkling white that offers citrus, and orchard fruits. It is perfect for sipping alone, but will also serve all of your pairing needs. Perfect for a large spread of various dishes, but also for cheese and any fried potato dish.
