Made by an Englishman who fell in love with Georgia, sold everything he owned to move here and make wine. This Tsolikouri is from Lechkumi, in Western Georgia. A dry amber wine, this is aged in qvevri that are not buried in the ground. Pair with chicken in a creamy garlic sauce.
