Souleil: Vin de Bonté was founded by two friends, Marianne Fabre-Lanvin and Thomas Delaude, who wanted to bring high quality organic wines to the tables of friends like them looking for the perfect easy-drinking bottle for cocktail hour. The name 'Souleil' translates to the ancient French for 'sun,' and 'vin de bonté' translates to wine of goodness. Beyond good taste, Souleil is good for the planet - they are Ecocert certified organic and use recycled paper for all labels. Le Blanc is a blend of Piqepoul (the only organic Piquepoul grown in the area) and Ugni Blanc, and you can practically smell the Mediterranean sea in the glass. Pair this sunny, salty white with your favorite tinned fish, potato chips, and people.
