Staff Pick Notes

Sometimes you just want to drink a wine because it tastes good. This is one of them. We are wine and spirits geeks here at Astor, but occasionally technical details are not available on the products we love. I then ask myself, "is drinking this a pleasurable experience"? The 50N most certainly is. Its slightly off dry and full of fresh fruit on the palate -- yellow apples, meyer lemon. The blend is a light, lively mix of Müller-Thurgau, Sylvaner, and Pinot Blanc and offers some of the best value in the house.
