Tasting Notes

A finely tuned Albariño. Brilliantly clean, stony tropical pineapple presents clearly on the nose and palate. Yellow citrus flavors are like a simple, well-constructed melody, balanced and constrained. Serve with garlic shrimp, chicken breast sauté or light white fish. This is Zarate's entry level Albariño. There is no oak contact; it is fermented and kept 100% in stainless steel

The thick-skinned grapes thrive in the cool, windy climates of Galicia and northern Portgual, yielding intensely...
