A skin contact dry white blend of Petit Manseng, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonel, this sees 3 weeks maceration on the skins. Malolactic occurs in 228L old Burgundian oak barrels, It ages for 4 months in fiberglass before bottling. Medium-bodied, with medium tannins and orchard fruit aromas, this will pair well with Brunswick stew.
