Pale cherry color in glass with a whiff of turbity tell you this is wild Jura. A note of musk dissapates into classic, crisp cherry and pink peppercorns on the palate; a Poulsard of unique attributes, mingling hygienic precision with homespun earthiness. Thoroughly enjoyable to experience, share with like-minded Jura fans. This wine comes from Stéphane and Bénédicte Tissot's 42 hectares in Arbois. This Poulsard was destemmed, fermented in whole bunches in tank, then matured in old wood barrels. this wine was bottled without additional sulfur.
