L'Étoile is the oldest appellation in the Jura - named after the visibly shiny and star-shaped, limestone-rich soils. Made from local grapes: Chardonnay, Savagnin and the red grape, Poulsard that was pressed and vinified as a white wine. This is a gorgeous, dry white wine you can pair alongside roast chicken.
