Fleury makes complex, rich Champagnes across the board. This is one of their rare white grape bottlings. The second fermentation takes place under cork, bague carée, which is rarely used as it's much more laborious, however this process contributes to the mosaic of flavors on the palate. Champagne Fleury was started in the 19th century and today is one of the great growers in the Aube - in the southern part of the region.
