Tasting Notes
From the Val do Salnés sub-region of Rías Baixas comes an excellent Albariño that's a head above the rest, in our opinion. Opulent, mineraled, aromatic, dry, and simply delicious. Will not disappoint at the table, especially with the likes of mussels or clams.

The phrase "everyday wine" sounds like code for "boring, forgettable, but affordable." Alas...
This is an every-day wine: I would drink it every day. Its qualities are balanced and harmonious. White flowers and stone fruits leap from the nose, tropical fruits dance expansive on the palate, bright acidity and relaxed minerality keep the round texture in check, and refreshing citrus zest glimmers on the finish.
This is an every-day wine: every day when I leave work, I consider cooking, then quickly order takeout: Yellowtail sashimi. Thai Green Curry. Chicken Tikka Masala. It's a dream with the fresh and light as well as with the creamy and spicy.
This is an every day-wine: every day that I spend chump change on an excellent wine, I put more money in my piggy bank! #everydaywine

The primary grape of the Rías Baixas (Lower Inlets) section of the Galicia region of northwestern Spain, Albariño is considered by many to be Spain's premier white wine. It also plays an important role in northern Portugal (where it is known as Alvarinho) as a component of Vinho Verde. The thick-skinned grapes thrive in the cool, windy climates of Galicia and northern Portgual, yielding intensely...
