Tasting Notes
The Barbera grape's most distinctive trait is its refreshing acidity which is essential too in any sparkling wine. This is lightly sparkling, dry on the palate and full of luscious dark berries. Treat this as you would any red sparkling wine and drink with a chill. Excellent with cured meats and oily olives.
