Tasting Notes
The Cheverny region is in the central Loire Valley and can be either red or white wines that are blends. In this case, we have a delicious white based on mostly Chardonnay (80%) and Sauvignon Blanc. This is an unoaked wine, easy to enjoy and coming from a small family domaine that is in its 5th generation of winemaking.
