An opulent white wine with a solid mineral streak. White wines from Priorat often have excellent potential and this one is no exception. Made from old vine Garnacha Blanca grown on gravel soil. This seven hectare property has been in the Ferrando family for 150 years. Part of the wine was aged in contact with the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for just over four months, while the rest was full barrel-fermented and matured for six months in new French Allier oak barrels. Batonnage took place twice a week.
