Staff Pick Notes

Organic wines are really trendy right now and therefore, they can be pretty pricey. This wine is both natural and organic. What does that mean you may be asking? Well, organic certification speaks only to the vineyard practice, no chemicals used. Natural has no certification and has to do with the cellar practice, minimal sulfates, natural yeast and no additives. All that adds up to a very nice table kind of red at a very nice price. Domaine La Patience has been at around for a while and they make the box wine From The Tank which are also wonderful affordable natural/organic wines. Carignan and Merlot are the grapes.
