Tasting Notes

A delcious Cru Beaujolais that comes from old vines of Gamay (50+). Vinified in tank (semi-carbonic) and then transferred into used tonneaux wood barrels for 6 months of aging. Structured yet fresh and accessible. As there's very little sulphur added and only at bottling, the residual carbon dioxide that prickles upon opening, allows for this low overall level.
