Les Errances is a new domain started by a young couple in the village of Raby sur Layon. Low-intervention (native yeasts, low to no SO2) is the approach with this small parcel of older vines and at the estate. Tohu Bohu is slang for "what's going on here?". It's appropriate for this sparkling wine that's simply delicious.
