Originally started by two friends as a side project to make fresh and drinkable wines for themselves, Lo-Fi has become their work and passion. This Cabernet Franc sees whole cluster and native yeast fermentation, then aging in concrete and neutral oak. Light-bodied, intensely peppery, and fresh with low tannic structure, this is an easy-drinking wine to quaff with friends. Pair with your favorite album on vinyl.
