Wine made from grapes grown organically using natural composting techniques and special preparations of herbal sprays while following the astronomical calendar.
It's interesting to see meaningful producers who nod to tradition yet push limits. A first for us as the incredible growers at Château Peybonhomme are growing a Portuguese and Rhône Valley right in the heart of Bordeaux.
