Tasting Notes

Sourced from Channing Daughters's own Sylvanus Vineyard, this blend of Tocai Friulano and Sauvignon Blanc is a coplantation. This lush and bright dy white is fermented and aged on the lees in both stainless and barrel for 5 months. Exhibiting freshness and lovely texture, with aromas of tropical fruit, pair this with Long Island clam chowder.
