This aperitif wine is made by infusing quinine, gentian, and other herbs from the Grande Chartreuse Mountains into Mistelle wine. The result shows us wonderful RC cola notes with high citrus tones. This is just slightly bitter and should be served either neat or with an orange twist on the rocks.
