Made from a base of local Vermentinu and Muscat Petit Grains grape varieties that are infused with bitter quinquina bark and the islands legendary local citrus the balance of bittersweet flavors, minerals and acidity make a versatile partner for simple spritzes or more innovative cocktails. Perfect on its own too with a slight chill, this is pure pleasure inducing stuff ready to liven up a party or set you into ultimate relaxation. Notes include sun kissed lemons, raw honey, fresh herbs and a gentle bitterness.

This Corsican aperitif is my very own Summer in a bottle. Aromatic wines from Muscat and Vermentinu are infused with various plants, fruits and spices including bitter chinchona (quinquina) bark and local cedrat (citron). It is then fortified with neutral spirit to halt fermentation and retain natural grape sugars, meaning there are no sweeteners or sugar added. Bitter citrus, lemongrass, fresh herbs, lemon head candies. Drink this chilled on it's own, or get creative with a twist on the Gin Martini.
