This gin is a true labor of love and passion, unwavering in it's quest for the highest quality ingredients and unapologetic about it's style. Alexander Stein, the creator of Monkey 47, doesn't expect everyone to love it, but he created the exact gin that he wants to drink and it's pretty damn good. Monkey 47 is potently 47% ABV and is infused with 47 botanicals, including lingonberry, lavender and spruce shoots with juniper at the forefront. The gin is a classic dry style with floral, spice and tangy notes mixed with unique Black Forest inspired ingredients like chamomile, rosehip, verbena and hawthorn berries. A unique product that is poised to be the star of all of my favorite cocktails.
