All vermouth is the same, so just give me M&R. No, No, No... This special one is another feather in the cap for our friends over at PM spirits! Purveyors of "geeky spirits". I've never had a dry white vermouth as complex, dynamic and purely enjoyable as this one. Royale Vermouth uses their own grapes for the wine base, however the secret here lies in the use of their very own Pineau des Charantes to fortify the vermouth. It is so well integrated. Yes, it will make a fantastic cocktail, but it's so delicious that you may just find yourself enjoying it "apertivo" style with some sprkling water and a spritz of lemon. Delish!
