Grown at the circa 1930s Cody Family Farm in the San Luis Valley, Colorado at an altitude of over 7,400 feet the semi-wild grains make for a rye whiskey unlike any other you've come across. Each small batch bottling is aged a minimum of three years in full sized 53 gallon charred American Oak Barrels prior to bottling at 95 proof.
