Named for the Sibillini Mountains where the herbs, plants and honey utilized in this amaro hail. They are hand ground with a mortar and pestle and then logs are used in the decoction of the ingredients. Only 5000 bottles per year are produced. Sip and savor, this is one of the world's great amari.

This region lies on Italy’s Adriatic Coast, so much of its cuisine is seafood-based. Marches is best-known for its white wines. Verdicchio produced near the towns of Jesi and Matelica often has gently bitter notes and rich fruit, and is an excellent match for many seafood dishes.
