Tasting Notes

Made from a base of rosé pinot noir from Sonoma and neutral grape spirit, a botanical recipe of birch bark, cacao, grapefruit peel, lemon verbena, wild cherry bark, coriander, blue cornflower, each macerated for 9 days, is added. A thoughtful, balanced and delicious expression that brings something new to this already dynamic category.
