Vinho Verde is a wine region at the top of Portugal that is known for producing tart, poppy, well priced wines. In Greek Mythology Aphros is a God of the Sea whose name means 'Sea- Foam'. The name makes total sense because inside this bottle is a wine chock full of sunshine and sea-breezes! it is lighter in body, but warms your soul like a lemon custard colored blanket. This biodynamic wine keeps it chill and doesn't get too buck wild, as some natural wines have the tendency to do. Notes include heaps of sandy golden apple juice, air puffed pineapple chunks laced with wild, white seaside flowers that grow through the coarse sand and briny sea air. Bone dry with a light-bright, firefly acidity, this wine is a groovy pair with food or will even rock your socks solo.
