Sourced from 34 year-old vines on the North Island's southern end, Cambridge Road took over this estate in 2006. All farming and vinification processes have been as natural and hands-off as possible ever since. This bottling spent 11 months in neutral oak before bottling, and has no added sulphites. Pair this medium-bodied dry red with woodcock pâté and cheddar cheese.
