The same day I tried this saké, I did try five others. The elegance of "Yanagi" saké stands out from the rest of them. This saké is not only elegant, but delicate and slender as well. I could not help but smile when its aromas reminded me of a Chavignol Sancerre I enjoyed a few years ago. And when I finally tried it, I found out how beautifully complex it was, gracefully expressing subtle notes of green fruit and light minerality. I do not see sakés the same way after I tried "Yanagi" saké. It was like finding a new color you have never seen before. It was like watching the snow falling for the first time in your life. It was like the first time I was taken to see the Pacific Ocean.
