Didier's passion for dessert wines, long argued as the greatest Loire winemaker of his time, was profound and the Babylone bottling comes from a uniquely situated Petit Manseng vineyard in the southwest of France where the nuances of the mineral-driven soils balance the delicate sweetness of this wine.
