Staff Pick Notes

I will be plain and simple, this is one of the most refreshing and delicious things I have tasted in the last year. It is like drinking an ice cold lemonade on a triple digit day in the middle of August. It is the closest thing to the essence of sunshine in a bottle. The sweetness is perfectly balanced with racy acidity that keeps this light and clean on the palate. This is an unfiltered saké, so it has nice texture. Expect notes of a lemon-lime sorbet and childhood. Archie's Not French 75 2-3 oz. Omoi Yuzu 1/2 Oz. Simple Syrup 6oz. Of a very lightly colored Lambrusco Garnish with a twist and drink on a rainy day to inspire nice weather.
