"Signature" Malbec, Susana Balbo - 2020

Item # 24251 750mL

A top wine at the estate. The Malbec grapes come from Paraje Altamira and the Valle de Uco. After a hand-harvest, the wine is fermented in tank and then aged for just over a year in French oak (30% new). An intense, full-bodied red wine to pair with grilled skirt steak.
