A blend of Viognier and Clairette from 30 year-old vines from sandstone soils. Fermentation and 6 months aging take place in barrel, with malolactic fermentation blocked. This medium-bodied dry white has aromas of stone fruits and herbs with good structure. Pair with salt baked cod and sea beans.
