From 35 year old dry farmed vines of an older heirloom clone of Chardonnay grown in sandy loam 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean. Arnot - Roberts is known for their masterful, almost Old World hand with a California flair. This is a full Chardonnay, un-muddied by oak with clean ripe golden acidity. Perfect for all manner of poultry and baked pasta with cream. This wine aged in neutral French oak barrels.
